Beautiful Pacemaker 48 Sportfisherman available. A ten year total refit completed three years ago. She is very well equipped and comes with TRANSFERABLE LIVEABOARD FRIENDLY MOORAGE IN RICHMOND!

Previous owner took 10 years to totally strip then rebuild the boat  she was stripped back to bare ribs, and then rebuilt using beautiful exotic hardwoods - Honduran Mahogany, Teak, Birdseye Maple throughout  her interior is attractive, comfortable and well finished.

Engines were rebuilt just 250 hours ago, including new injectors. A Excellent inventory and many recent upgrades including 4.5 kw Northern Lights generator (only 100 hours), new inverter, new hot water tank, new fuel & holding tank gauges, new diesel heater, GPS chartplotter, radar, electric windlass, A bimini, full boat cover, twin helms and an 11 Zodiac with 15hp Johnson outboard included. 

Finding liveaboard moorage in metro Vancouver is very hard to come by! Her slip is at a prime location at Shelter Island and can be directly transferred to her new owner.
