This yacht was built by Markos Yacht, in Coquitlam BC in 1981. The previous owners were live-a-boards
The 39 is based on an Al Mason design and would make a very nice long distance boat or liveaboard.
All items on the last survey were completed in addition to the following:
Rebedded all the fittings on the aft deck and starboard side of the cockpit
Refinished the cockpit woodwork and much of the interior
Replaced the standing rigging
Fitted solar panel and MPPT charger
Fitting Rutland windcharger and controller
New mainsail cover
New UV strip on yankee and staysial roller furlers
New cockpit enclosure
Windlass serviced and repainted 2020

Port light seals replaced
Forehatch rehinged and resealed
Have a Saye's Rig wind vane partially installed
She will need the instruments servicing or replacing, I really only use the depth sounder. The
headsails and cruising chute are in great condition and the mainsail serviceable.
The hull was epoxied prior to my purchase and the bowsprit replaced by a yard in Port Townsend.
