The Campion Allante 825 LX Mid-Cabin is a great combination of spaces that seem "over-sized", "lighter-brighter", and much bigger than the other boat brands of similar size. The 825 was introduced in 2004 as part of Campion's 30th Anniversary of quality boat building. A beautiful blend of features and feel of a "big boat", but with the openness of the large cockpit will make you feel you are in a "sport boat". The cockpit has a large social area with seating for 8. Two of the aft seats can be removed to provide a wider open space when you want more room - possibly for fishing. Walk-thru windshield provides safe access to the bow. Additional refrigerator near the wet bar makes having a party very convenient. Double wide helm seat is comfy for two. Windshield is raised a little higher so you don't stare at the frame while you are approaching your moorage. Full instrumentation with "dual control" shift & throttle like you have on most "in-board" engine boats allowing to shift in or out of gear with one lever and throttle with the other. Especially handy when you are in critical maneuvering situations with the wind and current.
Only 383 hours, a very clean boat. Top line power with the fresh water Cooled Volvo Penta 8.1 Gi with 375 hp coupled to "the good type" of Volvo duo-prop I/O makes the boat perform well in all conditions. Very economical due to a favorable power/speed/weight ratio.
The cabin is large and bright with 6' 4" head room. Big open double mid-cabin berth, full galley, refrigeration, head with shower. The most striking is all the large deck hatches that allow "lots of light" so it's very open and airy.
