For those who enjoy a little character in their boats, check out the Camano 31, a sedan cruiser from British Columbia with a trawler-like profile and an efficient cabin layout. She’s built on a lightweight hull with a wide beam, cored hullsides, and an unusually wide prop-protecting keel. (Indeed, the keel cavity is big enough to contain the engine, keeping the weight down low for added stability.) The Camano’s no-nonsense interior is well finished, and her trolly-style foredeck windows are almost unique in the boating world. With the galley down below, the salon is big for a 28-footer and visibility from the lower helm is excellent in all directions due to the panoramic wrap around windows. The cockpit however is small, but the fly bridge makes up for all the entertainment space you would ever need. With her wide beam, the Camano is able to carry this relatively large flybridge without difficulty. Updates beginning in 2003 included a standard bow thruster as well as a fuel increase to 133 gallons.
This Camano Troll is by far the nicest example you will ever come across! With only 1347 hours and always a fresh water cruiser, this Camano is sure to turn heads everyday it spends on the water. The custom teak and holly sole still looks as fresh as the day it was laid. The interior upholstery was updated to match the custom helm seat which you will not find on any other Camano Troll.
