This Maxum 2700SE 2006 has been very well maintained by previous owners and is an excellent entry-level cruiser. It's powered by a single Mercruy Mercruiser 350 MAG MPI engine with low hours, only 265! Within the last 3 years the current owners have made extensive upgrades with key features such as; Air conditioning and heating, electric windlass, full canvas enclosure, teak and holly flooring, swim platform, and new Raymarine Dragonfly 5" Pro chartplotter and more...

The cockpit is very spacious and well equiped for a boat this size. Canadian Yacht Tops full canvas enclosure provides shade and protection from the weather. The enclosure was made slightly higher than usualy to give extra headroom. The custom teak table and mulitple seating options make the cockpit a great entertaining zone. 

The large beam on this model allows for a very spacious interior cabin, which features newly installed teak and holly flooring and accommodations to sleep 4 adults. The cabin aslo features a newly installed air conditioning unit, which does not come standard. 

Stored in a covered slip until Spring 2022 launch. Bottom paint to be recoated during off-season.
