Of the more than 50 designs produced over the years by C&C Yachts, all but a handful have been racer/cruisers, with the emphasis on racer. That handful was the Landfall series of dedicated cruisers, which made its debut in 1977. The center-cockpit Landfall 39 was created by the C&C design team with help from Robert H. Perry. The boat has a pronounced and graceful sheer, slightly raked reverse transom, wide beam, an externally fastened fin keel, and a partial-skeg rudder.Â
She is known as a fast Racer/Cruiser that can preform when required. The TWO LARGE CABIN AND TWO LARGE HEAD layout with a centre cockpit makes living aboard as spacious as it gets in this size range. Add in all the features that this particular boat has and you are ready to go south in style.Â

About the restoration
This vessel has undergone a full restoration in the past 3 to 4 years. The decks were stripped of hardware and completely painted (see pics) in 2015. All on deck fixtures we re-bedded and sealed. All new metal ports and hatches have been installed with upgraded hardware. Custom line management system now runs all lines aft.
The vessel has fresh hull paint in winter of 2018. Below the waterline was blasted with all thru hulls removed and upgraded to bronze. Bottom has been sealed and repainted. NOTE: The custom swim platform has been removed but can be included in the sale for buyers that may want to reinstall it.
The interior has custom cabinetry throughout including removal of the tradition nav station and the settee upgrades to a rounded modern look. New tables, refrigeration systems, new corian counter tops, and all new electronics. LOTS MORE!!!!
